There was a small issue that happened but they were quick to respond and fix the issue and to me it's more valuable to see how a company or person does in such situations than when everything is going smoothly.

I have been with ACURA Brossard since 2018; servicing my 2014 RDX. I love my car and I keep the gems for a long time. Being a high mileage vehicle, obviously parts wear. I can trust the service department and technicians with honest advise and doing the right thing. This can't be said for everyone/dealer. I want to give a special shout out to the team: Jean-Francois, Marie-Eve, Steve (the man - Technician), Julie (front desk) and Abraham (shuttle driver).
